Our organization is actively looking for a Diagnostic Radiologist to enhance our collaborative team of skilled Physicians in Rockford, Illinois!

We are a distinguished, fully integrated healthcare system serving Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin, conveniently located between Chicago O'Hare and Milwaukee International airports.

Position Highlights:
  • We are in search of BE/BC Diagnostic Radiologists capable of interpreting a wide array of imaging modalities.
  • While fellowship training or experience in breast imaging, neuroradiology, and musculoskeletal imaging is preferred, it is not mandatory.
  • This role offers a blend of onsite and remote work, with home workstations provided from day one.
  • Collaborate with a sister practice that includes fellowship-trained subspecialists.
  • No overnight shifts required.

  • Your primary practice locations will include our Level One Trauma Center and Women’s Center in Rockford, as well as our latest micro-hospital in Crystal Lake, Illinois.
Qualifications:
  • MD/DO board certified or board eligible.
  • Completed residency training from an ACGME-accredited family medicine program.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Proficient in delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages.
Compensation & Benefits:

We provide a highly competitive initial salary guarantee transitioning to a production-based model after the first year, along with an exceptional benefits package:
