• OB Hospitalist in-house call coverage
• Approximately 1,100 deliveries each year
• Hospital environment with a new OB program launching
• Anticipated 24-hour CNM coverage as the program expands
• Involvement in OB procedures, including vaginal deliveries and C-sections
• Launch of a new program with collaborative support
• Deliveries for patients 32+ weeks gestational age
• Growing community demand with increasing volumes
