As an ER Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to deliver essential care to patients in a dynamic emergency department. Your duties will include:
- Providing exceptional patient care within the emergency room environment
- Working collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve the best patient outcomes
- Applying advanced nursing techniques to assess, diagnose, and treat patients
- Taking on leadership and mentorship roles for fellow nursing staff as a Charge Nurse
- Keeping precise and comprehensive patient records
- Ensuring adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
- Experience as a Charge Nurse is mandatory
- ENPC certification is preferred
