Job Description
Compensation Range:
$300,000 - $400,000
Please be aware that the final compensation may differ within this range based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and considerations of internal equity.
Position: Academic Pediatric Otolaryngologist
Our organization, the largest healthcare provider in Central Massachusetts and affiliated with UMass Chan Medical School, is on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Academic Pediatric Otolaryngologist to enhance our expanding team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are in search of a motivated and passionate Pediatric Otolaryngologist who is dedicated to both academic medicine and patient care. Candidates should be eager to help broaden the scope and visibility of our program while actively contributing to the academic and clinical missions of our organization and UMass Chan Medical School.
Position Highlights:
- Become part of a well-established team of 9 Otolaryngologists, including 2 Pediatric Otolaryngologists, within a busy tertiary care referral center.
- Work alongside a supportive and collaborative team in a vibrant academic and clinical setting.
- Engage in clinical and basic science research and investigations.
- Provide education and mentorship to medical students, residents, and fellows through UMass Chan Medical School.
- Utilize state-of-the-art facilities and resources to deliver high-quality care and foster innovative practices.
- Receive an academic appointment that reflects your experience and training.
Qualifications:
- Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology.
- Fellowship-trained in Pediatric Otolaryngology.
- Eligible for licensure in Massachusetts.
- Strong commitment to academic medicine and clinical excellence.
