Become part of a prominent academic institution located in a West Texas College Hub, taking on a role in Maternal-Fetal Medicine. This position is primarily clinical, comprising 80-90% of your time, with the remaining 10-20% dedicated to academic responsibilities, allowing you to engage with students and residents while enjoying a robust practice environment.

This organization boasts exceptional support in Obstetrics and Maternal-Fetal Medicine, recognized as a Level IV Maternal Center. It features a Level IV, 40-bed NICU, operates its own OB/GYN residency program, and provides access to nearly every medical sub-specialty.

The Role:
  • Collaborate with 2 other Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists, over 10 OB/GYNs, and 4 Neonatologists.
  • The hospital sees approximately 3,300 deliveries annually and has its own OB/GYN Residency Program, along with a Level IV, 40-bed NICU.
  • Your schedule will consist of a 4.5-day work week, including half days in a high-risk clinic and half days in an ultrasound clinic, along with dedicated administrative time.
  • No mandatory OB call; only MFM-consult call is required.
  • Compensation package includes a base salary of $625,000, a comprehensive state benefits package, up to $100,000 in sign-on bonuses, and over 30 days of paid time off.
