We are currently looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Physician to become part of our established practice at the East Clinic in Janesville, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a respected, patient-focused environment as part of a fully integrated health system serving Southern Wisconsin.

- Deliveries are conducted at our Hospital and Trauma Center.
- This is a hospital-employed role.
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system across the organization.

Departmental Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to both pediatric and adult patients.
- Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness visits.
- Work in conjunction with a robust network of specialty providers for referrals.
- Access integrated hospital, specialty, and ancillary services within our health system.
Thrive in a supportive, team-oriented clinic atmosphere with experienced nursing and administrative personnel.
Qualifications:- MD/DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Wisconsin.

We offer a highly competitive initial salary guarantee transitioning to a production-based model after the first year, along with an exceptional benefits package:
Salary range: $270,000 - $325,000.
