Our organization is expanding its hospital-based Gastroenterology service line and is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to take the lead. With over 28,000 GI referrals annually and no current employed group, this role presents an immediate opportunity for high patient volume, robust system support, and outstanding earning potential.
Position Highlights:- Approximately 75% outpatient and 25% inpatient responsibilities to begin; flexible scheduling options will be available as the group develops.
- Compensation package exceeding $650,000.
- Active ERCP program with an average of two procedures per day; EUS experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Call schedule of about 1:11 through a community pool; Advanced Practice Provider support is planned for both clinic and inpatient rounding.
- Comprehensive benefits package including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, loan repayment options, and continuing medical education (CME) support.
- Independent healthcare system with a physician-friendly environment free from academic or corporate limitations.
- 607-bed facility, with plans to expand by over 200 beds within the next five years.
