Our organization, a well-established and physician-owned multi-specialty group, is thrilled to invite board-certified or board-eligible gastroenterologists to join our South Texas locations in Harlingen, McAllen, and Brownsville. We have openings for both general and advanced GI physicians. • Composed of 21 physicians and over 25 advanced providers
• Three state-of-the-art ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs) equipped with advanced endoscopic capabilities
• Specialties include gastroenterology, pediatric gastroenterology, colorectal surgery, bariatric/foregut surgery, and pathology
• Premier digestive health practice serving a rapidly expanding population of 1.4 million in South Texas

• Opportunities available for both general and mixed general/advanced endoscopy
• Join a team of 12 adult GI physicians
• Possibilities for independent ventures, including ownership in ASCs and partnership opportunities
• The role is primarily clinically focused
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, with minimal on-call duties
• Support from 13 dedicated adult GI advanced care practitioners
• Collaboration with 12 CRNA providers
• Compensation package ranging from $550,000 to $700,000+, including base salary, RVU incentives, signing bonus, and production bonuses
