Job Opportunity: Physician for PHP/IOP

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician to join our team in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Role Overview

The selected physician will be responsible for delivering psychiatric care within our PHP and IOP settings. Key duties include:

• Conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations
• Managing medication regimens
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team
• Supporting personalized treatment plans to enhance patient stability and recovery

Compensation and Benefits

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. Please note that this figure reflects base compensation only and does not account for variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation plans. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will occur during the recruitment process.
