Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 24-hour nursery call coverage from 7:45 AM to 7:45 AM.
  • Manage a Level I nursery with an average of 0 to 2 patients daily.
  • Handle 35 to 45 deliveries per month, focusing on high-risk cases only.
  • Availability for 5 to 10 call shifts per month is preferred.
  • Coverage is limited to the newborn nursery; no pediatric floor responsibilities.
  • Perform basic rounding, admissions, and discharges from the nursery.
  • NRP and PALS certifications are mandatory.
  • Procedures include stabilization, transfer, and circumcision.

Compensation Details

Hourly rates range from $125.00 to $150.00.
