Job Description
Our organization is in search of a dedicated board-eligible or board-certified inpatient adult psychiatrist to become part of the team at a leading hospital in Somerville, NJ. This full-time role will be situated within the Department of Psychiatry, which offers advanced medical care across various specialties. We are looking for motivated physicians to join an inpatient program focused on adults and older adults facing psychiatric and dual disorders, where they will oversee medication management, collaborate with treatment teams, and deliver high-quality care in an acute setting.

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:
ABPN board certification or eligibility in Adult Psychiatry
Current New Jersey license or eligibility for licensure in NJ
Experience in an inpatient environment is preferred
Energetic, adaptable, and capable of working collaboratively in a team

Salary Transparency in NJ:
The expected salary range for this position is between $315,000 and $475,000 annually. The final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's educational qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
