We are excited to announce an opportunity within a transformative Child and Adolescent Psychiatry program dedicated to pioneering innovative strategies in mental and behavioral health for young individuals. Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to become part of our expanding outpatient team.
We are searching for a new colleague who is eager to collaborate with an organization committed to delivering prompt and high-quality assessments, along with family-centered, evidence-based treatments for the psychiatric challenges that frequently impact children, adolescents, and their families. These challenges include issues related to anxiety, mood, attention, self-regulation, eating disorders, and substance use.
Currently, we are particularly interested in a child psychiatrist who is enthusiastic about overseeing our residential treatment and partial hospitalization programs. This role emphasizes teamwork within a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) framework, working closely with teenagers and their families.
The Position:- Base Salary: Ranges from $350,000 to $400,000
- Long-term Income Potential: Up to $450,000 to $500,000, with incentives based on quality and productivity
