General Pediatrician - Loma Linda Outpatient Practice
Job Description
Our organization is currently looking for a General Pediatrician to join the Department of Pediatrics at our Children’s Hospital Outpatient Practice. We collaborate with various health systems, including SAC Health System, San Bernardino County Public Health, California Children’s Services Clinic, and Inland Regional Center, to enhance our outpatient services.
Clinic operating hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 8 AM to 4 PM on Fridays. The role includes one day of on-call duty per month from 5 PM to 8 AM on weekdays or from 8 AM to 8 AM on weekends and holidays. Additionally, the position requires up to six weekend shifts annually in the Urgent Care department.
Location OverviewOur Children’s Hospital features 364 beds, including a 25-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), a 60-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), a 14-bed Pediatric Cardiac ICU, and dedicated pediatric inpatient units. We serve as the largest tertiary care referral center for the Inland Empire, covering Riverside, San Bernardino, Inyo, and Mono Counties.

Compensation & BenefitsThe starting base salary for this position ranges from $217,510 to $265,430, with adjustments based on experience and faculty rank. Detailed compensation discussions will occur during the recruitment process.
