We are currently looking for an OB/GYN in Olympia Fields who is passionate about enhancing health and improving care for our patients. This role involves collaborating with a care team to explore innovative solutions that advance healthcare.

Opportunity Highlights
  • Call schedule of 1:3 or 1:4

  • Support from one mid-level provider

  • Deliveries conducted at Silver Cross Hospital and Franciscan Health

  • Access to a Level III NICU and in-house anesthesia

  • Utilization of an outpatient surgical center and in-office procedures

Compensation & Benefits
  • The expected base salary for this role ranges from $325,000 to $350,000, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may qualify for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, a catalyst training stipend, and a relocation bonus, leading to a total target cash compensation between $350,000 and $500,000.
