Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist to join our esteemed team in Richland, Washington. This position offers the chance to work at a facility recognized as the primary stroke center in the region. The role features a 7-on/7-off schedule, combining both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking a balanced work-life dynamic.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in a collaborative environment with a highly skilled Neurology team.
- Engage in both inpatient and outpatient clinical duties.
- Provide hospital call support during the 7 days on, with assistance from 24-hour Internal Medicine Hospitalists and Intensivists.
- Preferred fellowship in Stroke or Epilepsy; however, candidates with a General Neurology background will also be considered.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply, with opportunities for mentorship available.
- 22 weeks of work per year.
- 12-hour hospital shifts from Monday to Friday, including daytime clinic hours.
- Comprehensive onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition.
- Recruitment incentives totaling $75,000.
- Annual CME allowance of $5,000 and a relocation package of $15,000.
- Compensation ranges from $333,221 to $427,487 annually, which may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives as applicable.
