Our organization is seeking a Family Medicine physician to become part of a well-established practice located at the Family Care Center in Stoneham, MA. Opportunity Overview
  • Four-day clinical work week (32 hours dedicated to patient care, 8 hours for administrative tasks)

  • Utilization of Epic EMR system

  • Diverse patient demographic ranging from young to elderly

  • Collaborative team-based care environment

  • Comprising 6 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider

  • 1:1 ratio of physicians to medical assistants

Compensation Details

Salary Range:

$250,000.00 - $290,000.00 USD

The salary range provided reflects the annual base pay that the organization reasonably anticipates for this role at this time. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geographical location, productivity, job responsibilities, and other legally permissible considerations. Additionally, this position may qualify for performance-based incentives, including bonuses related to productivity and quality.
