Located just a short drive from Spokane, Washington, our organization operates a Level 3 Trauma, 50-bed independent hospital and clinic system. We are currently seeking additional BE/BC Pediatric Hospitalists to join our team of over 100 providers, offering a perfect blend of work-life balance, financial independence, and professional autonomy.

• Commit to 7 shifts per month, each lasting 24 hours.
• Starting base salary exceeds $285,000, with consideration for candidate experience.
• Manage an average of 0-3 patients, with a typical patient load of 3-10 per shift.
• The primary responsibilities will be centered in the Mother-Baby unit.
• Enjoy a sign-on bonus of up to $75,000 and over $200,000 available for student loan repayment.
