Opportunity Overview:
Our organization is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to become part of our expanding Manitowoc Clinic. This role offers the chance to practice in a vibrant community located along the shores of Lake Michigan, all while being integrated into a comprehensive healthcare system. The clinic features an onsite lab, x-ray services, physical therapy, behavioral health, and various other specialties, enabling patients to receive a wide range of care in one convenient location.
We prioritize a healthy work-life balance through a collaborative care model and a 4-day work week. This approach enhances the physician's overall satisfaction and promotes a better balance between work and personal life.
Shift Details:
- Full-Time 1.0 FTE - 40 hours per week, with at least 32 hours dedicated to patient appointments, spread over a minimum of 4 days per week.
Practice Information:
- Manage 18-22 patients daily.
- Access to Epic for remote work from home.
- Two-year compensation guarantee, plus:
- Bonuses based on production, quality, and value.
- CTO: 200 hours per fiscal year; 264 hours per fiscal year after the compensation guarantee period.
- CME stipend of $5,000 annually, along with 80 hours of time off.
- Relocation assistance of up to $12,000.
- Participation in a large call group.
- No weekend or holiday shifts, except for on-call weekends.
- Teaching opportunities available with medical students from the Medical College of Wisconsin Green Bay.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Board certified in the relevant specialty by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau for Osteopathic Specialists, holding a current, unrestricted license to practice.
- Board eligible and a graduate from an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program within the last five years.
- Meet all eligibility criteria set by our Medical Staff.
