Job Responsibilities

• Commit to a full-time role for a minimum of 3 months.
• Handle 10-12 cases monthly, including both elective and urgent procedures.
• Work in a clinic setting for 2 days each week, with 1 day reserved for surgical procedures.
• Receive robust support from Physician Assistants and hospitalist medicine teams.
• Perform advanced VATS and robotic surgeries.
• Manage general thoracic, esophageal, and thoracic oncology cases.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities, covering thoracic cases only alongside cardiac surgery.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience post-training is essential.
• Advanced skills in VATS and robotic surgery are required.

Working Conditions

• Full-time commitment with a minimum duration of 3 months.
• Shared call responsibilities with a focus on thoracic cases.
