Exciting Opportunity for a Full-Time Otologist

Our organization is thrilled to announce a full-time position for an Otologist, affiliated with a prominent healthcare system in New York City. This role involves delivering comprehensive outpatient and surgical care in otology, with a particular emphasis on chronic ear conditions. The successful candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered healthcare to our diverse community.

The facility is conveniently reachable via public transportation and is accessible by car from various locations across New York City, New Jersey, and Long Island.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a full range of outpatient and surgical otology services.
  • Focus on the management and treatment of chronic ear diseases.
  • Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care for a diverse patient population.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • MD degree with board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology.
  • Possession of a valid New York State medical license, DEA registration, and Medicaid number.
  • Strong interest in both research and clinical operations, with opportunities for program development.
  • Demonstrated clinical skills, teaching experience, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in academic medical centers or public health systems is preferred.
Working Conditions

This position includes a faculty appointment with our affiliated medical school, aligned with the candidate's credentials and experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package ranges from $431,000 to $450,000, which includes on-call coverage and faculty practice distributions throughout the academic year.
