We are looking for a dermatologist to become part of our team in Morgantown, WV.
JOB SUMMARYThe dermatologist will deliver care in an outpatient environment, adhering to evidence-based practices established within our dermatology services. This role involves collaborating with the clinical team to develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Education: Graduate from an accredited medical school; board certified or board eligible in dermatology.
- Experience/Physical Requirements: Preferred experience in a group practice or clinic setting.
- Licensure/Certification: Must hold a current, unrestricted West Virginia medical license, along with a valid Federal and WV Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. Must be fully credentialed in accordance with dermatology services.
- Maintain and document all necessary education and job knowledge to ensure active licensure, credentials, and timely continuing education.
- Exhibit positive customer service and foster good relations with co-workers.
- Adhere to the organization's attendance policy.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives within the department and institution.
- Conduct work in a cost-effective manner.
- Attend mandatory in-service training, staff meetings, and medical staff meetings as required.
- Align work with the overall mission and strategic objectives of the organization.
- Follow all relevant organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
- Complete all required competencies in a timely manner.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
