Our organization is a private vascular surgery practice located in Kentucky, boasting a substantial referral network and no competing practices within a 1.5-hour drive. We are currently looking for a new Board Eligible/Board Certified Vascular Surgeon to become part of our successful team. This position offers the chance to collaborate with two experienced vascular surgeons who have established a flourishing practice.

• Become part of a well-established independent practice alongside two seasoned vascular surgeons.
• Exceptional income potential exceeding $1,000,000.
• Concentrate solely on vascular surgery and endovascular techniques.
• Primarily outpatient-focused practice with 90-95% of procedures performed in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
• Minimal on-call responsibilities with NO weekend duties.
• No vascular competition within a 1.5-hour radius.
• Freedom from hospital administrative constraints.

• Compensation package includes a base salary at the 75th percentile of MGMA, a productivity component, a sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.
