An Exciting Opportunity Awaits! Join a dynamic team consisting of six physicians and twenty-four licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs) and licensed professional counselors (LPCs) in our Psychiatry department. We are on the lookout for a passionate Board Eligible/Board Certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to become part of our practice at a 150-bed non-profit community hospital, which features a 40-bed inpatient psychiatry unit.

- Position Details: This is an outpatient-only role, with options for either a full-time (1.0 FTE) or part-time (0.8 FTE) commitment.
- Care Model: We utilize an integrative care approach, featuring an inpatient unit and licensed therapists available on-site.
- Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in treating the Child & Adolescent population.
- Compensation: The base salary is set at $352,000, with additional wRVU bonuses available. An annual retention bonus of $35,000 is also included, along with comprehensive benefits, six weeks of paid time off (PTO), and a budget for continuing medical education (CME).
- Sign-On Bonus: A generous sign-on bonus of $40,000 is offered, which many physicians utilize for a down payment on a home.
