This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing patient care and supporting recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and support rehabilitation efforts.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient progress.
• Work under the guidance of Registered Nurses and physicians.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
