Physician - Family Medicine - Outpatient Faculty Member of Residency

We are currently seeking a Family Medicine Core Faculty member for our dual-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program, which celebrated its inaugural PGY1 class graduation in 2015.
Core Faculty members in Family Medicine will allocate a significant portion of their professional time (at least 60%) to the residency program, engaging in teaching, administrative duties, scholarly activities, and patient care. The role emphasizes outpatient primary care medicine, including responsibilities in the outpatient continuity clinic and rotation precepting.

Position Overview:- Full-time employment with the hospital
- 100% outpatient focus
- No on-call duties
- Collaborate with a team consisting of 1 program director, 3 core physician faculty, 1 faculty psychologist, 1 director of Graduate Medical Education, 1 clinical supervisor, 2 medical education assistants, and 12 clinical staff members
- Utilize Epic EMR
- Practice mix: 75% precepting, 10% lectures, and 15% administrative tasks
Compensation Overview:
- Attractive base salary
- Signing bonus of $60,000
- Student loan repayment assistance up to $100,000, with eligibility for a qualifying PSLF site
