Become a Family Medicine Physician with our organization, serving the friendly rural areas of Elroy and Friendship, Wisconsin. This outpatient-focused role provides a distinctive combination of clinical practice and dedicated research time, enabling you to significantly influence patient health while investigating population health issues that resonate with you. Your Role at a GlanceFocus exclusively on outpatient care.
Full-time position, 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly: 32 hours for patient contact, 8 hours for research).
Work schedule from Monday to Friday.
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care at clinics in Elroy and Friendship.
Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams to promote preventive care and foster long-term patient relationships.
Allocate 20% of your time to research or community initiatives that align with population health priorities through the Orion Program.
Engage in teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, or clinical staff as part of our educational mission.
Connect with the community to enhance health outcomes and drive innovation in rural healthcare delivery.
