Become a Family Medicine Physician with our organization, serving the friendly rural areas of Elroy and Friendship, Wisconsin. This outpatient-focused role provides a distinctive combination of clinical practice and dedicated research time, enabling you to significantly influence patient health while investigating population health issues that resonate with you. • Focus exclusively on outpatient care.

• Full-time position, 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly: 32 hours for patient contact, 8 hours for research).

• Work schedule from Monday to Friday.

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care at clinics in Elroy and Friendship.

• Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams to promote preventive care and foster long-term patient relationships.

• Allocate 20% of your time to research or community initiatives that align with population health priorities through the Orion Program.

• Engage in teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, or clinical staff as part of our educational mission.
