Job Description
Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Outpatient Gastroenterologist to become part of a thriving practice that prioritizes exceptional patient care, teamwork, and a fulfilling work atmosphere.
We operate a 417-bed regional tertiary care facility, recognized as a Level 2 Trauma Center, featuring a cutting-edge endoscopy suite staffed by skilled professionals.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary set at $800,000.
- Productivity bonuses available from the first day.
- Starting and retention bonuses reaching up to $180,000.
- Additional perks include relocation assistance, reimbursement for continuing medical education (CME), paid malpractice insurance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Support from Advanced Practice Providers (APP) is included. The team consists of two fellowship-trained advanced GI specialists. All hospital and emergency department calls are managed by the inpatient GI service. Hepatology and transplant support is provided by visiting subspecialists twice a month, along with a full-time, experienced hepatology APP. ERCP call is available for qualified physicians interested in participating. We utilize Epic EMR and the latest Provation software for endoscopy documentation. Our general surgery team is experienced and offers 24/7 in-house trauma and ACS services. A colorectal fellowship-trained surgeon is set to join our team in the fall of 2025. Our pathology group includes two specialists with GI pathology fellowships. Plans for equity in a joint venture endoscopy center are anticipated by 2027.
