A leading manufacturer is expanding its 2nd and 3rd shift teams. They have multiple temp-to-hire Manufacturing Associate roles available now.
They specialize in manufacturing shipping containers and custom enclosures used to protect large industrial power equipment. In this role, you’ll be trained to play a key role in the production of their high-quality products.

Manufacturing Associate Job Duties
- Prepare and hang metal parts for powder coating or painting
- Use spray guns or powder tools to apply an even finish
- Touch up or rework parts as needed
- Inspect painted or coated parts for quality
- Keep your work area clean and follow all safety rules
Available Schedules: Monday-Friday
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour
- Pay based on experience & shift type
Manufacturing Associate Job Requirements:
- At least 6 months of manufacturing or industrial experience
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing, bending and moving throughout your shift
- Able to follow written or verbal instructions to perform tasks
