Overview

We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Physician to join our esteemed locations in Escanaba and Iron Mountain, Michigan. This role allows you to become part of a dedicated team focused on delivering outstanding healthcare to the community.

Position Highlights:

The My Home My Care initiative partners with patients in selected nursing homes and assisted living facilities throughout the Escanaba, Green Bay, Iron Mountain, and Peshtigo areas to effectively oversee patient care. Functioning similarly to a mobile clinic, our committed team of providers travels to these partner facilities, offering transitional, acute, and routine care. This ensures that patients receive the same high-quality service they would expect in a traditional clinic, all without the need for travel.

Although our primary focus is on nursing homes and assisted living facilities, we are open to considering private home visits on a case-by-case basis in the Escanaba, Iron Mountain, and Peshtigo regions. The My Home My Care team has extensive expertise in managing chronic conditions within these unique settings. They work closely with the broader care team to take a proactive approach to patient health, delivering care directly on-site.

Work Schedule:

Full-Time, 1.00 FTE

Compensation and Benefits:

• 2-year compensation guarantee, plus:

  • Paid Time Off : 200 hours per year; 264 hours per year after the compensation guarantee period ends

  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) : $5,000 per year & 80 hours of PTO

• Call Schedule : 1:12 weeks (2-week blocks)

• No weekend or holiday shifts

• Relocation Support: Up to $12,000
