Gastroenterologist Central Washington | Up to $620K+ Base | 4-Day Work Week

Our esteemed, physician-led gastroenterology practice located in central Washington is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Gastroenterologist to become part of our expanding team. This role offers a high volume of procedures, immediate patient demand, robust internal referrals, and a straightforward path to partnership after the first year.

Physicians will benefit from a well-established practice, excellent infrastructure, and the opportunity to quickly increase their patient volume beyond current capacity. This position primarily focuses on general gastroenterology, with advanced GI support readily accessible.

• Approximately 70% of time spent on procedures and 30% in the clinic
• High procedural volume with immediate ramp-up potential
• One-year partnership track leading to RVU-based compensation
• Call schedule: 1:8, transitioning to minimal call responsibilities
• No admissions required, supported by a strong hospitalist team
• Focus on general GI with advanced GI backup available
• Collaborative, physician-led team environment
• Strong internal referral network

• Base Salary: Ranges from $573,000 to $620,000
• Signing bonus starting at $40,000, along with relocation assistance
• Monthly benefits stipend of $600
