A collaborative care model involving Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to assist physicians.
A dedicated virtual support team for managing in-basket tasks.

Flexible scheduling options – full-time roles available with a 4-day workweek, as well as part-time positions and adaptable patient visit lengths.
Opportunity for remote video consultations from home.
Minimal physician on-call duties, all conducted virtually, with initial screening handled by an RN, NP, and PAs.

Qualifications
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
Benefits of Joining Us
Competitive starting salary ranging from $280,000 to $335,000, depending on experience.
A forgivable loan of $200,000.
Attractive sign-on bonus.
Residency stipend of $1,000 per month for 12 months prior to the start date.

Guaranteed salary for the first two years, along with an incentive-based production bonus.
