Job Description
Our organization is actively looking for a skilled BC/BE Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician to become part of our exceptional team at the Urgent Care Clinic located in Winona, MN. The clinic operates from 7 AM to 9 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekends.
Handles approximately 17,000 patient visits annually.
Offers 7.5-hour shifts, totaling 192 shifts per year, with rotating holidays and weekends.
Utilizes EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Supported by our health system based in La Crosse.
We are also seeking a qualified BC/BE physician to join our dynamic team in a high-acuity Urgent Care environment in Onalaska, WI. This facility is open from 7 AM to 10 PM every day of the year. Each day, there are 32 hours of physician coverage (four 8-hour shifts) and over 12 hours of Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) coverage.
Handles around 35,000 patient visits annually, focusing on higher acuity cases.
Features 8-hour shifts, totaling 182 shifts per year, with rotating holidays and weekends.
Employs EPIC EMR for patient management.
Our health system includes a 325-bed Level II Trauma Center, equipped with two medical helicopters and a ground ambulance serving a 22-county area. The main hospital is conveniently located just ten minutes from the Onalaska Urgent Care facility.

Applicants must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program and be board certified or eligible in their respective medical field. Additionally, candidates should possess or be able to obtain an unrestricted license to practice in our multi-state region. Our medical staff will oversee advanced practice clinicians, and outreach services may be part of the role. Teaching students, residents, fellows, or clinical staff is a fundamental aspect of our Medical Education philosophy and is expected of all medical personnel.
