Position Overview
Our organization is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ophthalmologist with a specialization in Glaucoma to enhance our growing Ophthalmology department. We are looking for a collaborative individual to join our esteemed and long-standing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
The practice includes fellowship-trained specialists in retina, cornea, glaucoma, and oculoplastics.
All necessary technology is available, and we are open to acquiring any additional equipment as needed.
Service locations will include New Britain and Wethersfield, CT.
Access to coordinated resources and shared expertise.
Comprehensive administrative and care management support is provided.
Qualifications:
Must be eligible to obtain a Connecticut medical license prior to starting practice.
Board Certification/Eligibility and a DEA license are mandatory.

Compensation Range: $400,000-$450,000 guaranteed with potential for additional earnings.
Significant signing bonus available.
The stated compensation range is based on industry standards, and final salary decisions will consider various factors, including years of experience, individual performance, quality metrics, and job location.
