As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will ensure that patients achieve or maintain their optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions. Additionally, you will be expected to assign tasks, instruct, and oversee the clinical activities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited LPN program
  • Active and valid nursing license in the relevant state, with a requirement to maintain good standing throughout employment
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with the necessity to keep it current throughout employment

  • Competently provide quality nursing care to patients
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
