Our organization is in search of a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to become part of our network. Physicians will benefit from a collaborative and nurturing atmosphere, a manageable call schedule, and a well-established reputation in the community, allowing for a swift expansion of your patient base. This role involves caring for pediatric patients ranging from newborns to 21 years old.
Position Highlights:A pediatric group with minimal turnover.
Utilization of EPIC EMR system.
24/7 live support for EPIC EMR from our on-site team.

Weekly call rotation of 1:7 (Monday 7 AM to Friday 5 PM).
Weekend call rotation of 1:7 (Friday 5 PM to Monday 7 AM), which includes a Saturday morning clinic. Rounding during call will cover the Newborn Nursery at the Main Health Campus.
Quarterly bonuses based on production incentives.
The position includes responsibilities as a preceptor for Family Medicine Residents.
