Our organization, a leader in healthcare since 1896, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist to become part of our well-established team in Salem, Oregon.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team of physicians and advanced practice providers, delivering comprehensive urologic services in inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings—all while enjoying a balanced lifestyle in the picturesque Willamette Valley of Oregon.

Position Highlights:

• Full-spectrum general urology practice with opportunities to explore specialized interests.
• Involvement in outpatient clinics, inpatient consultations, and operating room procedures, including robotic-assisted surgeries.
• Utilization of AI-enhanced technology and complete EPIC EMR integration to enhance patient outcomes and provider efficiency.
• Participation in a shared call rotation, which includes inpatient rounds and urgent urologic surgeries.
• Opportunities to take the lead in developing protocols, designing policies, and initiating patient education programs.

What You’ll Need:

• MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Urology residency.
• Board certification in Urology (or eligibility within five years).
• Unrestricted medical license in Oregon (or the ability to obtain one).
• DEA certification.
• Experience in robotic and general urologic procedures.
• Familiarity with Lean principles is advantageous.

Compensation & Incentives:

• Starting base salary of $545,972 with unlimited productivity potential.
• $75,000 signing bonus.
• Relocation assistance of up to $27,000.
• Student loan repayment assistance of up to $100,000 over five years.
• CME stipend with dedicated time off.
• Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, retirement contributions, and malpractice insurance.
• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
