Key Responsibilities

• Work a 4-day week in a comprehensive Family Practice that includes Obstetrics and C-sections.
• Proctoring opportunities for C-sections are available.
• No emergency department coverage is required.
• Participate in approximately 130 deliveries annually.
• Encouragement and support for specialty interests, including hospitalist shifts, women’s health, geriatrics/nursing home rounds, and leadership roles.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of 4 Family Practice OBs, 3 Family Practice Physicians, and 6 Midlevel providers.
• Work in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art birthing center.
• We welcome applications from J1 and H1B visa holders.
• Our facility has a HPSA Score of 15 and is eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.
• We encourage applications from practicing physicians as well as residents and fellows graduating in 2026 and 2027.

Compensation and Benefits

• Total recruitment package valued at $680,000.
• Base salary plus call compensation totaling $429,000.
• Sign-on bonus of $200,000.
• Option for a residency/fellowship stipend.
• Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off (PTO), continuing medical education (CME) stipend, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and a 5.5% retirement match.
