Hematology/Oncology Physician (Full-time)Location: San Jose, CA
We are currently looking for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Medical Hematologist/Oncologist to join our comprehensive Cancer Center in San Jose, CA.
Practice Overview:Full-time position for a general Medical Hematologist/Oncologist.
Community-focused practice model.
The Cancer Center South Bay provides a wide range of cancer services, including medical oncology, breast cancer treatment, hematologic cancers, blood disorders, lung and thoracic cancers, endocrine tumors, gastrointestinal cancers, radiation oncology, sarcoma, gynecologic cancers, head and neck cancers, and urologic cancer treatments.
Join a team of nine (9) other Hematology/Oncology specialists in the clinic.
Support staff includes nurse practitioners, physician assistants, infusion registered nurses, an on-site pharmacist, and administrative personnel.
Strong referral network from primary care providers.
On-site infusion center and laboratory with advanced imaging capabilities.
Radiation therapy and surgical centers located on-site for enhanced multidisciplinary collaboration.
Bone marrow biopsies led by nurse practitioners or physician assistants on-site.
Clinical Advice Services (CAS) available for after-hours phone triage, with NP/PA support for in-basket tasks.
Physicians typically see between 18-25 patients daily in the clinic.
Participate in rotating inpatient consultation services at three (3) local hospitals: Good Samaritan Hospital, O'Connor Hospital, and El Camino Hospital (Los Gatos).
Collaborate closely with faculty physicians from a prestigious medical school, including participation in Tumor Boards and joint clinical research efforts.

Attractive compensation package:
Two-year base salary guarantee up to $495,000.
Quarterly productivity-based wRVU Incentive Bonus.
Annual performance incentives of up to 10%.
