Job Opportunity: General Otolaryngologist

We are seeking a General Otolaryngologist to join our team at a highly regarded Critical Access Hospital, recognized as a Top 20 CAH for 2025 by the National Rural Health Association.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish your preferred work schedule, with a commitment of only 2-3 days per month.
• Provide general ENT outpatient care and surgical services.
• Take over the practice of a retiring physician.
• Work within a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital equipped with advanced facilities, including one of the largest operating rooms in the state.
• Collaborate in a multispecialty clinic connected to the hospital.

Qualifications

• Board Certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery (ABOHNS) is preferred; however, newly trained candidates are welcome to apply.
• Flexible employment options available: 1099 or W2 position.
• Compensation of $3,400 per shift, negotiable based on experience.

Working Conditions

No local residency requirement. Our location in America's Heartland offers convenient access to several major metropolitan areas:

• 1 hour 20 minutes to Kansas City
• 1.5 hours to Columbia, MO
• 2 hours to Jefferson City, MO
• 3 hours to St. Louis, MO
