We are a collegial, physician-led urology group operating within a supportive regional healthcare system in the picturesque Lakes Region of Minnesota. We are currently in search of a board-certified or board-eligible general urologist to become part of our team. This role provides immediate patient volume, access to cutting-edge technology, and the opportunity to pursue subspecialty interests in a collaborative setting known for its excellence in digital infrastructure and clinical quality.

• A 162-bed facility serving the regional community.
• A Level III Trauma Center offering 24-hour emergency and inpatient services.

• A general urology practice with a 4-day work week.
• A call schedule of 1:3, designed to ensure a manageable workload and promote a healthy work-life balance.
• Collaboration with 2 experienced urologists and support from 2 dedicated physician assistants.
• Opportunities for outreach clinics and potential ownership in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
