Job Overview:A combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
General urology practice
Work schedule from Monday to Friday, with some on-call responsibilities
Opportunity for flexibility as we establish and refine this new facility
Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
Completion of residency training in Urology
Open to both recent graduates and experienced physicians
Eligibility to obtain a medical license in Indiana

In line with our vision to make Indiana one of the healthiest states in the nation, our organization expanded into the northeast Indiana market in 2018. Currently, we operate four primary care clinics, two urgent care facilities, and a radiology center in the Fort Wayne area. A 40,000-square-foot accredited ambulatory care center was inaugurated in 2021, featuring five operating rooms and five procedure rooms across more than ten specialties. Additionally, a clinic operated by Riley Children's Health in Fort Wayne provides local access to various pediatric subspecialty physicians.
