We have openings in various locations throughout Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Suffolk, allowing you the flexibility to select a practice environment that suits your personal and professional aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a primary care physician, your role will involve providing timely, high-quality, patient-focused care in an outpatient environment:

• Conduct thorough health evaluations and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions across a varied patient demographic
• Create personalized care plans emphasizing preventive measures and disease management
• Order, analyze, and follow up on diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.)
• Prescribe medications and treatments in line with current clinical standards
• Deliver age-appropriate care, including services for adults and seniors (and pediatrics, if qualified)
• Engage in care transitions, including follow-up after hospital stays and post-discharge management
• Facilitate internal referrals to specialists within the organization
• Manage an average of ~20 patients per day
• Collaborate effectively with fellow physicians and advanced practice providers within the practice
