Job Opportunities

We are currently seeking Full-Time Board Eligible/Certified General Gastroenterologists for our locations in Bellevue, Puyallup, and Tacoma. Join our well-established community practice with a pathway to partnership. These roles are primarily outpatient-focused, offering a balanced work/life schedule with a 4-day work week and call responsibilities of no more than 1:6.

About Us

Our organization is the foremost gastroenterology practice in Washington State, featuring over 30 Board-Certified Gastroenterologists and 20 Advanced Practitioners. We provide a range of clinical, endoscopic, and laboratory services across 15 locations in Western Washington. Our clinical offerings include Hemorrhoid Banding, Capsule Endoscopy, Breath Tests, Manometry/pH studies, ERCP, EUS, and Infusion services. Our Endoscopy Centers are equipped with cutting-edge technology for procedures such as colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, and esophageal dilation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive compensation and benefits package, which includes:

• Full-time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, accidental death and dismemberment, and basic life insurance.
• A 401(k) plan with maximum employer contributions for physicians.
• Five weeks of annual vacation for employed physicians.
• This salaried position offers a compensation range of $475,000 - $550,000.
