Our organization is seeking to add a OB/GYN to our expanding team of over 150 healthcare professionals across more than 30 medical specialties.

Practicing in Our Organization

  • Join a well-established team consisting of four OB/GYNs, three certified nurse midwives, and one part-time gynecologist.

  • Handle an average daily patient volume of 30-35.

  • Participate in approximately 650 deliveries each year.

  • Experience a balanced practice of obstetrics and gynecology.

  • Share a call schedule of 1:5, distributed evenly among the team.

  • Work in an integrated practice with the clinic located within the hospital, providing direct access to the OR and L&D unit.

  • Benefit from dedicated 1:1 nursing support, with scribe assistance available after six months.

  • Enjoy dedicated block OR time equipped with robotic capabilities.

  • Engage in teaching and mentorship opportunities with residents and medical students.

Recruitment Package

  • A guaranteed two-year salary floor, along with production incentives and bonus opportunities.

  • A sign-on bonus is included.

  • Long-Term Incentive (Choose One):

    • Educational loan assistance over five years, OR

    • A retention bonus paid over three years, starting under a subsequent agreement.

  • A monthly stipend available during residency.

  • CME and moving expense reimbursement are provided.

  • Generous time off: 30 days annually (increases with tenure), up to 5 days for CME, and up to 8 holidays.
