Job Description
The Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at our organization is in search of a Surgeon-Scientist to serve as the Vice Chair of Research. The ideal candidate will be an independent clinician-scientist with a strong research focus, technical proficiency, and a proven history of securing external funding.
Key responsibilities will encompass managing an independent research initiative alongside clinical duties, mentoring faculty and trainee researchers, fostering collaborative programs within the Department and the broader Institution, and enhancing the Department's research and grant portfolio.

What We Are Looking For:
A strong leader to enhance, develop, and direct the research initiatives of the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.
M.D., M.D./Ph.D., D.O., or an equivalent foreign degree.
Completion of an accredited training program.
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
A solid track record in research, publications, and funding acquisition.
Capability to obtain a license to practice in Pennsylvania.
