Position Overview
Our organization is seeking a Pediatric Otolaryngologist to enhance our growing faculty within the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. The ideal candidate will become part of a bustling Pediatric and Adult practice, addressing complex medical conditions while contributing to a rapidly expanding clinical and research initiative. Our department collaborates with a wide range of healthcare professionals across various units within the Biomedical and Health Sciences framework. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional clinical and academic performance. Compensation will be aligned with qualifications, training, experience, and previous achievements. Experience in Clinical Outcomes Research within this specialty is highly preferred.

Salary Transparency
The expected salary range for this position is between $370,000 and $600,000.
The final salary will be influenced by various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, and expertise, as well as the availability of departmental or grant funding. Market benchmarks and internal equity will also be considered to ensure fair compensation within the broader salary structure of the organization. Immunization Policy
According to Policy 100.3.1 regarding Immunization for Covered Individuals, if employment begins during the Flu Season, our organization may require prospective employees to present proof of vaccination against Seasonal Influenza for that season, unless a medical or religious exemption has been granted.
