Position Overview

We are currently looking for Ophthalmologists to join our physician-led medical group and serve the communities in West Bend, Wisconsin. The selected Ophthalmologist will be responsible for delivering comprehensive eye care for various conditions affecting the eyes and surrounding structures, addressing both routine and urgent cases, including medical and surgical diagnoses and treatments.

  • Flexible Work Schedule:
    • Monday to Friday workweek.
    • Shared on-call responsibilities to maintain work-life balance, averaging 1:4.
  • Well-staffed clinic featuring 1 Ophthalmologist, 4 Optometrists, and support staff.
  • Equipped with 3 examination rooms and 1 testing room.
  • Surgical procedures conducted at a nearby medical center.
  • Established referral network to facilitate patient care.
  • Procedures include, but are not limited to, Intravitreal injections and cataract surgeries.
  • Access to an excellent mentorship program to aid in practice development and achieving professional aspirations.
  • Join an integrated, nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines.
  • Utilize DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to streamline workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and editing.

Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in Ophthalmology.
  • Fellowship training is welcomed.
  • Board Certification or board eligibility in Ophthalmology is required.
