A 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Southeast Colorado is in search of a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified physician specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to become a part of its primary care team. This team currently includes one physician and two skilled advanced practice providers.

• Assured Base Salary plus productivity incentives
