Full-Time Cardiologist Physician with Specialty Services at Our Healthcare System

Our organization, in partnership with the Division of Cardiology at a prestigious medical school, is on the lookout for an academic cardiologist with a focus on cardiovascular imaging. The preferred candidate will possess advanced skills in imaging techniques such as echocardiography and cardiac MRI. This role offers a chance to thrive in patient care, education, and research while being part of a dynamic academic community. Candidates may be considered for an academic position at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor, depending on their experience.

*CME reimbursement is available up to $1,100 annually.

*Education Debt Reduction Program (Student Loan Repayment): This program provides reimbursement for student loan payments. • Deliver expert care in cardiovascular imaging (e.g., echocardiography, cardiac MRI).

• Participate in both inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities.

• Engage in significant research and publish results in peer-reviewed journals.

• Seek funding opportunities for research initiatives.

• Educate and mentor medical students, residents, fellows, and other trainees.

• Design and present educational programs, including lectures and workshops.

• Contribute to curriculum development and other educational projects.

• Support section objectives, strategic planning, and interdisciplinary committees to improve clinical and research functions.

• Proven excellence in clinical practice with significant expertise in imaging.

• A strong passion for teaching and mentoring across all levels.

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• U.S. citizenship (non-citizens may be considered if qualified citizens cannot be recruited).

• M.D. or D.O. degree.

• Board certification in Cardiology.

• A full, active, and unrestricted medical license in any state.

• Completion of a residency in an accredited core specialty training program, leading to eligibility for board certification.
