Job Overview
The Site Medical Director-PACE holds comprehensive responsibility for the clinical care provided at the designated PACE site(s). This role involves addressing clinical, programmatic, medical, and administrative matters in partnership with the Clinic Administrator and Nurse Administrator. The Site Medical Director-PACE or their designee plays an active role in the Interdisciplinary Team and guides medical care decisions.
Minimum Requirements
A physician with a valid, unrestricted California medical license issued by the Medical Board of California, along with a DEA License.
Prior experience in a leadership or management capacity is highly desirable.
Experience with computer systems is essential; familiarity with Electronic Medical Records is preferred.
Education, training, and experience must align with the requirements for inclusion under our malpractice insurance coverage.
Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred, depending on the location.
A valid BLS certification or higher, in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross guidelines, is required.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $310,648.00 - $372,777.60, in addition to potential bonuses.
